1. Background

AOLytics is an entrepreneurial project created on 29 September 2025 by Pierre-Raffaele Schwab, a minor at the time, as part of the educational and entrepreneurial programme run by LJE (Les Jeunes Entreprises), a legal entity registered in Belgium. The project is supervised administratively and legally under the rules imposed by that programme.

The company number assigned to the project is 2581142. All economic operations carried out under AOLytics are lawful, declared and compliant with the obligations imposed by the programme. The project’s main goal is to deliver a high-quality service in automated public procurement analysis while developing the founder’s entrepreneurial skills.

Pierre-Raffaele Schwab is a student at Lycée Émile Jacqmain, located on Rue Belliard in Brussels. His involvement in the project is aimed as much at learning first-hand how a business operates as at building a useful, modern and secure digital solution.

AOLytics positions itself as an advanced analysis platform dedicated to public procurement, designed to give professionals, consultants, companies and institutions clearer, faster and better structured visibility of the available opportunities.

5. An educational project turned professional tool

Although launched as part of an educational programme, AOLytics has evolved into a credible digital solution used by organizations seeking a better understanding of public procurement.

The project nevertheless retains its educational nature: it aims to combine hands-on entrepreneurial learning with the creation of a useful, relevant service.
