1. What is locked
In your dashboard, three profile sections are visible but not editable :
- AI profile for analysis — the text sent to the AI to assess each call for tenders ;
- Company identity — name, legal form, VAT, website, contact details ;
- Activity & target market — sector, CPV codes, languages, target regions.
Everything else in your profile (address, team, finances, references, certifications, insurance, commercial strategy, legal standing, notifications) remains freely editable, as does your voice-calibrated profile.
2. Why this locking
These three sections are the core of your AI analysis calibration : each call for tenders is assessed by an artificial intelligence model that compares the contract to your profile. We lock these fields for two reasons, in full transparency :

Quality and stability of the analyses. This information is validated with you when the account is opened. Frequent or sloppy changes (overly broad CPV codes, inconsistent descriptions) directly degrade the relevance of the scores you receive.

Control of AI analysis costs. Each analysis consumes computing resources billed by the volume of text processed. An uncontrolled profile (very long texts, repeated changes artificially widening the analyzed scope) would lead to overconsumption that would jeopardize the rate we guarantee you. Locking therefore protects the balance of the service for all clients.
3. How to have this information changed
Just ask ! These values are not frozen — they are simply applied by our team after verification, usually within 24 business hours :

Specify the fields to update and the new values. Changes apply to the analyses of new calls for tenders (from the next day) ; your existing analyses are kept and refresh naturally.
4. What this does not change
- You keep control of your dictated preferences (calibrated profile), your notifications and your favorites.
- Your data remains yours — this locking is an integrity safeguard, not an access restriction.
- No change is made without your explicit request.
